At Food Ease, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds:
Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Digital Products
Most of our products are digital, such as downloadable resources and guides. Due to the nature of digital content, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for these products. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement for a faulty product, please email us at admin@foodease.co.nz with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
